The front wheels can to be locked in a forward position and can also rotate. This is useful in rough terrain. We let the front wheels to rotate while walking along a stony path. It was able to handle this well, although it seemed to be a bit rougher.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.
The Thule Urban glide 2 is a great jogger for parents that like to be active. It’s one of the lightest strollers for running that you can buy for your child.
